As a final message in “We the Church” sermon series, we will review our Mission Statement and hear from the front lines of Youth For Christ (YFC) from Bluffton. The YFC national movement began in 1944 under the prominent leadership of Rev. Billy Graham. Today, Madi More and guest students will share testimony about YFC and the work of Jesus in their lives.
Our 2021 natural church development assessment identified “Passionate Spirituality” as one of eight key quality characteristics of a healthy church. Today, we will consider where this idea comes from and some practical aspects of passionate spirituality.

As Living Hope Missionary Church of Dunfee prepares to call its next Lead Pastor, we will consider practical steps within the process. From 2 Timothy 4:1-5 we will see three qualities of a successful Lead Pastor and identify what all pastors need.
Spiritual Gift-based Ministry is the way God intends His Church to function as one body (Romans 12; 1 Corinthians 12; Ephesians 4). Each person who puts their faith in Jesus is given spiritual gifts. It is each individual’s responsibility to accept and align your spiritual gifts with the part of ministry God intends for you to serve at Living Hope Missionary Church.
Holistic Small Groups are places safe enough for individuals to own and reveal their brokenness with others that have been called out by Jesus to be children of God. Our small groups are meant to help one another grow together with the indiscriminate love of Jesus.
In a day when the Word of God is often watered down or abandoned altogether, Living Hope Missionary Church of Dunfee remains fully committed to the inerrancy of Scripture and the authority of the Word of God. As we start a new on “We The Church”, we will start to unpack biblical eldership. 2021 will be the first time in the church’s history where we have leaders referred to as “elders.” Today, we will interview the church’s two new elders.
